Sup Bunjut 
Spices Mix For Bunjut Soup 

Recipe For Traditional Chicken Soup 
Ingredients: 
1 packet Adabi Soup Spices, 300g chicken or beef, 2 cloves garlic (crushed), 6 cloves onion (crushed), 1/2 inch ginger (pounded), 4 pieces potato, 6 cups water, salt to taste, cooking oil, local celery and fried onions for garnishing 
Cooking Instructions: 
1. Heat the cooking oil, saute the garlic, onions and ginger until brown and fragrant 
2. Add in water, chicken or beef, potatoes and Adabi Soup Spices.Simmer on low heat for 1/2 hour or until meat is fully cooked and the potatoes are tender 
3. Add salt to taste 
4. Dish out and garnish with local celery and fried onions 

Store in a cool dry place.
