Mixed herbs & spices

For cooking 5-20eggs

 

Put boiled and slightly cracked eggs into pot with enough water to cover the eggs.

Add Herbal Tea Egg herbs and spices, with 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce and 1 tablespoon salt and bring to a boil.

Simmer for at least 2 hours for eggs to absorb flavour.
